Malcolm Craft, Managing Director/Accountable Manager
Malcolm was destined to be in Aviation since his school boy days, always remaining in the business and passionate throughout his career starting out as an apprentice at Goodwood and graduating from Fareham Technical College in 1970's. Malcolm became a licensed aircraft engineer in mid 1980's and he has extensive B1 and C coverage of many aircraft types on his license. A keen private pilot with aerobatic ratings, his professional interest has always been on Beechcraft products. Malcolm was the type liaison engineer between the UK CAA and Beech Aircraft Corporation for the Beechjet 400A and King Air 350 UK Certification program and was awarded the Beechcraft International Service Manager of the year in 1991. With over 40 years of experience the satisfaction of providing customers, both old and new, with the service and dedication to their aircraft remains strong.


Alison Steel, Financial Director
Alison Steel is the Financial Director and manages the company's finances. Alison is also a Commercial Pilot, Instructor and Examiner on the King Air.


Nigel (Slim) Whiteman, B1 Supervisor / Certifying Engineer / Planning and Customer Service Representative
After 12 years in RAF working fast jets and helicopters left and joined Air Hanson at Blackbushe where Slim became licensed on both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. He transferred to Hawker Beechcraft at Oxford in 2005 and became an International Field Service Representative for the Hawker 4000 and all Beechcraft products two years later. He joined MCA in 2015 with a job title longer than most business cards and now looks after Part M in between liaising with Wichita, helping out in the hangar and supporting Malcolm. Along with being a B1 Supervisor and Certifying Engineer Slim co-ordinates the planning and preparations for the maintenance or upgrades for your aircraft and heads up Part M activities. Slim was one of Beechcraft's Technical Support Representatives before joining Malcolm at MCA Aviation in 2015.

Matt Viccars, Chief Engineer Piston Aircraft
Matt recently joined the team, and is in charge of the piston engine aircraft side of the business. He has a great deal of experience, and there are very few piston engined aircraft that he hasn't worked on in his long career. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and very approachable, so if you have an aircraft that needs to be looked after, please give him a call.
